Working together
Hosting & domain
Our subdomain and hosting are included with monthly service. Your own domain is extra. Any external services are priced separately and agreed in advance.
You can move the files to your own hosting. Migration and deployment are quoted separately.
Updates & additional work
We agree the initial website, content and customization scope separately from monthly update time. Extra pages, redesigns and integrations are quoted separately.
Monthly time does not roll over. Extra work is charged only after the included allowance is used, with an estimate approved before work begins. Additional time: 30 €/h, billed in increments of 15 minutes.
First response within 2 business days; completion timing depends on the agreed work.
Your copy & ending service
For subscriptions, after the agreed website price is paid, you receive your own non-exclusive copy with files and basic editing instructions. Take the copy or continue at the service-only rates shown in Purchase + maintenance. The original template can still be used by others.
You can stop monthly service without a minimum term. For handoff before the website is paid for, pay the remaining agreed balance; only paid website credits reduce it.
After service ends, we keep an archive for 6 months.
